Overview Seeking a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient clinic team. Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide variety of musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and sports-related conditions. Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and patient goals. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients on self-management techniques, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications to enhance long-term recovery. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements. Provide guidance and mentorship to support staff and assist with ongoing professional development Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice) Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
Compensation:
$75,0000- $78,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives, potential sign on bonus, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials . Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
