Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

$85,000 Monthly performance bonuses Retention Bonus $2,500 Flexible scheduling Health insurance with employer subsidy 401(k) retirement plan with 3.5% employer match 10 days PTO Paid holidays Mentorship and professional development support Collaborative team culture Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Treat a diverse caseload Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Prompt (EMR) Collaborate with PTAs and support staff Build relationships with referral sources and the local community Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Licensed (or license-eligible) in Texas New graduates welcome! Pelvic floor experience or interest is a plus Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills Passion for outpatient, patient-centered care We're looking for clinicians who are: Patient-focused and compassionate Motivated to grow clinically and professionally Interested in working with diverse patient populations Excited about innovation in physical therapy and balance care Interest in balance, vestibular, and pelvic floor, a plus!
