Position Summary We're looking for a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) who is passionate about patient care and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. In this role, you'll work with a diverse outpatient population and partner closely with chiropractors and support staff to deliver thoughtful, integrated care. Why Join Us? Key Responsibilities Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Maintain accurate and compliant documentation and billing Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes Qualifications DPT or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current Texas PT license (or eligibility) Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and teamwork skills Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Disability insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance
