About the Opportunity A leading healthcare organization in Margate, FL is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join a collaborative, patient-centered therapy team in an acute care hospital setting. Responsibilities include:

Evaluate patients' physical, functional, therapeutic, and rehabilitative needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on patient goals and outcomes Provide skilled therapeutic interventions within the scope of PT practice Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility strategies, therapy equipment, and continued care needs Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate Prioritize caseload and coordinate care needs with the therapy team Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required Active Physical Therapist license required Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of start Minimum 2 years of acute care experience required Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills Benefits This opportunity includes a comprehensive total rewards package designed to support your health, career, financial wellness, and long-term growth.
