Setting:
Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic A physician-owned outpatient orthopedic practice is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to join its growing Arizona team. This role focuses on musculoskeletal and post-surgical rehabilitation in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with direct access to orthopedic physicians and integrated care teams. Schedule offers flexibility with Monday-Friday shifts, including optional 4x10 schedules. No weekends required. Clinic hours range from earliest start at 6:30 AM to latest patient departure at 6:00 PM Monday-Thursday and 4:00 PM Fridays. Compensation ranges from $80,000-$95,000 annually based on experience, plus monthly performance bonuses. Additional incentives include up to $50,000 in total bonuses, including: $15,000 sign-on bonus $25,000 loan iveness assistance $10,000 retention bonus
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services Treat musculoskeletal and post-surgical patients Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, front desk staff, and orthopedic physicians Complete accurate documentation within 48 hours using Athena EMR Supervise PTAs and support treatment progression planning Maintain quality-focused patient care and billing standards
Qualifications:
Active Arizona Physical Therapist license required Graduate of an accredited PT program Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to Ability to manage a minimum daily patient caseload Strongmunication, teamwork, and documentation skills Preferred experience includes musculoskeletal rehabilitation, post-surgical care, EMR systems, and value-based care models. Pay Details:
