Key Responsibilities:

Assessment and Evaluation:

Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical and cognitive abilities.

Individualized Treatment Plans:

Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, based on your assessments.

Therapeutic Interventions:

Administer hands-on physical therapy to patients, both in one-on-one sessions and group settings.

Progress Monitoring:

Continuously monitor and assess patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize results.

Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and caregivers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Patient and Family Education:

Provide guidance to patients and their families, offering strategies, exercises, and techniques to support ongoing progress and success.

Qualifications:

Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program. Strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of physical therapy techniques and modalities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team.
