This opportunity is ideal for both experienced Physical Therapists and New Grad PTs , offering structured mentorship, career growth, and a supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations (mobility, strength, function) Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide hands-on outpatient therapy including: Orthopedic rehabilitation Manual therapy Therapeutic exercise Monitor and document patient progress using EMR systems Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team Maintain focus on functional outcomes and patient-centered care Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) or license-eligible in New Jersey New Grad Physical Therapists welcome - mentorship provided Knowledge of orthopedic and outpatient rehabilitation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outpatient or clinical rotation experience preferred Experience with EMR/documentation systems is a plus This job can also be searched by " Outpatient Physical Therapist", "New Grad PT", "PT", "DPT".
