Pay:
$57 to $59/hr
Location:
Coverage areas: Mason and Jackson County in West Virginia
Schedule:
8 am to 4:30 pm; Monday - Friday • Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient. Responsibilities of the
Physical Therapist:
• Create POC for patients in their homes. • Provide treatment and evaluate the progress of the patient. Qualifications for the
Physical Therapist:

Pay Details:
