Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) M-Thursday shifts from 7:30am-7:30pm Friday 7:30am-5pm Privately owned practice with a strong local reputation Focus on personalized, quality patient care Positive and team-oriented clinic culture Opportunity to work with orthopedic, post-operative, and sports rehabilitation patients Supportive clinicians who value mentorship and collaboration Work-life balance and professional development opportunities Responsibilities Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to supervising therapists Educate patients on exercises, recovery, and injury prevention Maintain accurate and timely documentation Help create a positive and welcoming patient experience Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active Massachusetts PTA license (or eligibility) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for orthopedic and sports rehabilitation Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude New graduates encouraged to apply

Pay:

$35.10 - $42.27 per hour
