Document patient progress accurately using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and communicate updates effectively with the healthcare team. Monitor patient responses during therapy sessions and adjust treatment approaches accordingly to optimize outcomes. Skills Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology essential for accurate assessment and treatment planning. Experience with inpatient hospital environments, outpatient clinics, or home & community care settings demonstrating adaptability across various healthcare contexts. Proficiency in discharge planning, care plan development, and understanding of outpatient and home health protocols. Familiarity with EMR systems for efficient documentation and communication within multidisciplinary teams. Expertise in physiotherapy techniques including trigger point therapy, orthopedics rehabilitation, geriatrics-focused interventions, and pediatric care. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments such as acute care hospitals or outpatient clinics while maintaining attention to detail.
