Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team in Mills River, NC. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment and be willing to complete a 13 week travel assignment with possibility of extending.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

Proper State License Skilled Nursing/long term care experience - since October 2019 (PDPM experience) Rehab Optima (Net Health)
