Physical Therapist Assistant Opportunity - Clinic (Full-time) This Physical Therapist Assistant is to support in-clinic patients located at 627 8th Street, Clermont, FL, and 1529 Sunrise Plaza Dr., Suite #6, Clermont, FL. Physical Therapists Assistants must have a passion for therapy and the desire to improve the lives of their patients through excellent skilled physical therapy. The Physical Therapists must commit to any patient they accept and do what it takes to provide the care required during the episode of care. A desire to make your career what you want it to be.

Job Responsibilities:

The PTA provides physical therapy treatments according to the physical therapist's treatment plan. The PTA must accept all assignments for which she/ he is qualified until she/he has a full caseload. Must be available to treat patients M - F. Must have a Windows-based system for EMR documentation. Communicate with the manager and other healthcare interdisciplinary team members regarding patient progress, problems, or plans. Records daily treatment notes, portions of monthly progress notes, and discharge summaries timely and complete. Clinical documentation is completed at the end of the day. Maintain patient records confidentially. Records treatment charges daily and completes charge tickets in an accurate and timely manner. Perform other duties as assigned.
