Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Athletic Trainer (ATC)

The PT Center for Sports Medicine and Family Physical Therapy is adding to our growing team and looking for a dependable, creative, hardworking, Physical Therapy Assistant or Athletic Trainer who enjoys autonomy and has a special interest in higher level/ athletic patients to complete our staff. We have an established staff of physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, athletic trainers and exercise specialists that work as a team to treat orthopedic and sports injuries of all populations. The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics: Enjoys autonomy Creativity Effective communication Team Player Good time management skills Ability to multi-task Hardworking Efficient Special interest in strength and conditioning Set 40 hr work week They must also have a special interest in: Post-op Rehab Knowledge of functional movement patterns Sport specific rehab Isokinetic testing Our busy facility consists of state-of-the-art equipment, but our emphasis in on personalized attention. This highly motivated and enthusiastic individual will enjoy our relaxed working environment that encourages participation and professional development. Our facility enjoys a friendly, family oriented atmosphere. We offer competitive compensation ( based on experience) and benefits package; 40 hr work week, only work until 1:00 on Fridays, CEU's, Dues, Vacation and Holiday pay, longterm disability, and retirement plan.
