• 132,000 total annual compensation (Hourly pay + incentives + CEU reimbursement + benefits)

What You'll Do Provide high-quality, hands-on PT treatment under PT supervision Follow individualized plans of care Document treatment notes in our modern EMR Track patient progress and update plans as needed Support clinicians and collaborate with clinic staff Educate and encourage patients throughout their rehab journey Maintain compliance with state, payer, and federal standards Qualifications Graduation from an accredited PTA program Active (or eligible) California PTA license Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care About Us California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy is part of Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) — a clinician-led organization supporting 250+ clinics across 16 states.
