Hobe Sound, FL A Skilled Nursing Facility in Hobe Sound, FL is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join its rehabilitation team. This is a full-time, permanent position within a Skilled Nursing and post-acute care setting. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide therapy services to short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents. Key Responsibilities Provide physical therapy treatments in accordance with established care plans Assist in implementing individualized treatment programs Monitor resident progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with Medicare guidelines Support safe discharge planning and functional goal progression Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards Required Qualifications Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required Minimum 1+ year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or post-acute rehab setting required Strong understanding of Medicare Part A and Part B documentation standards Ability to manage a productive caseload in a SNF environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Compensation & Structure Full-time, permanent opportunity Competitive compensation based on experience Stable caseload within a Skilled Nursing setting Supportive interdisciplinary rehab team
