You are part of a team that genuinely cares about doing great work. What You'll Be Responsible For As a Physical Therapist Assistant , you will play a key role in helping patients progress confidently through their plan of care while collaborating closely with the supervising PT.
Your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out the supervising PT's plan of care Deliver thoughtful, skilled treatment that helps patients move forward with clarity and consistency. Providing hands-on care Perform manual therapy , supervise therapeutic exercise, and assist patients through all phases of treatment. Monitoring progress closely Observe patient response to treatment, note changes in condition, and communicate effectively with the PT to support strong outcomes. Documenting care accurately Complete treatment documentation thoroughly, including patient condition, response to treatment, and progress. Educating patients well Guide patients through physical therapy interventions, modalities, and home exercise programs so they understand the why behind their care. Full-time schedule Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM , with possible later hours up to 7:00 PM if preferred. Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Massachusetts
CPR / AED
Certification Preferred:
