Job Description

Job Summary SHINE-Pediatric Therapy Center is a private pediatric therapy clinic providing ST, OT and
PT. SHINE
Pediatric Therapy Center is a family centered, and play focused clinic. We are seeking a skilled, compassionate and playful Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will work with a team of positive and supportive individuals who share the common goal of providing quality 1 on 1 intervention. You will work closely with families to provide education, home programs and recommendations for optimal progress. You will assess patients' needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to enhance their quality of life. Your expertise and partnership with the families will be essential in guiding patients through the developmental and/or rehabilitation processes. Duties Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs. Utilize various therapeutic techniques Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans, exercises, and home strategies. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients. Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices, and pediatric development Requirements Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Experience in pediatrics is a plus. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in patient care. A fun and playful personality to engage the children!

$45.00 - $72.00 per hour
