We are seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Physical Therapist who is passionate about working in a team-oriented, patient-centered environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

2+ years of experience in orthopedic and outpatient physical therapy (training provided for motivated candidates). Experience with workers' compensation injuries and industrial rehabilitation is preferred but not required. Current Iowa PT license & registration (required). A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a reliable vehicle. Ability to work some early morning (7:30 AM) and late afternoon ( 4:30-5:30 PM) appointments.

Position Details:

Full-Time (30+ hours/week) - Hours may vary week to week, but flexibility is key.

Location:

Work at both Cedar Rapids and Hiawatha clinics, with some on-site visits at local companies for ergonomics assessments and injury prevention.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and follow-up visits in-clinic or on-site at company locations. Document patient progress through accurate evaluations, progress notes, and daily notes. Provide injury prevention education and techniques to companies during on-site visits. Perform ergonomic assessments of workstations to ensure a safer working environment. Help manage patient care workflow, maintain quality service, and ensure a safe work environment for patients and staff. Uphold excellent customer service standards and stay committed to continuous improvement in all aspects of the role.
