Physical Therapist Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited university with a Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy that is recognized by the APTA. Must hold current Physical Therapy license and/or registration or be able to obtain one.

Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient care through assessment and treatment planning tailored to individual needs. Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to implement effective physical therapy interventions. Develop and update care plans, including discharge planning for patients transitioning to home or community care. Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems and ensure compliance with medical terminology standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes, focusing on outpatient and orthopedic rehabilitation.
