We're looking for a motivated PA ready to develop real clinical skills — chronic wound management, debridement, and surgical dermatology procedures — with direct mentorship from a supervising physician with 38+ years of surgical experience. This is a rare opportunity to enter a procedure-heavy specialty early, with the structure and support to become genuinely proficient. What the Role Looks Like You'll carry an independent caseload across assigned long-term care, rehab, and skilled nursing facilities in your region, with additional procedures performed at our Central Massachusetts office. You own your schedule, your patient relationships, and your results. No overnight calls. No weekends.
