Physical Therapist (DPT) - Dual Clinical Specialty -
New Grads Welcome Location:
Grants, NM Pay:
$130,000 per year (Flat Salary)
Job Type:
Full-time, Permanent The Opportunity Are you tired of being stuck in just one wing of the hospital? We have a unique opening for a Physical Therapist who wants the best of both worlds. At our 25-bed community hospital, you won't be a "cog in the machine"—you'll be a clinical leader across our Inpatient and Outpatient departments.
The Vibe:
For the "Full-Scope" Therapist.
Focus:
50/50 split between acute hospital recovery and long-term outpatient rehab.

Total clinical autonomy. You follow your patients from their hospital bed to their final outpatient session. Why This Role?
Top-Tier Compensation:
A stable, guaranteed $130,000 base salary.
The Schedule:
Day shifts (8 hours) + a manageable call rotation. No "factory-style" scheduling.

Community Impact:
Work in a small-facility environment (0-49 beds) where you actually know your patients and their families.
What You'll Do:
Assess & Plan:
Evaluate patient needs and design recovery roadmaps in collaboration with physicians.
Hands-on Care:
Administer manual therapy, ultrasound, hydrotherapy, and functional training. Lead the
Team:
Supervise therapy aides and technicians to ensure high-quality care.
Empower:
Design home exercise programs and educate caregivers to ensure long-term mobility.
Requirements:
Education:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is required .
Licensure:
Must hold a current New Mexico PT license (or be eligible for immediate licensure).
Certification:
BLS/BCLS.
Experience:
1+ year preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
