Job DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for orthopedics and a thirst for continued knowledge and growth.

Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation resultsProvide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelinesDocument findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregiversResponsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation techniciansComplete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goalsImplement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatmentsCommunicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companiesQualificationsGraduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy programCurrent state of FL Physical Therapy license, CPR certificationExercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skillsOutgoing and energetic personalityNew graduates are welcome!
