Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, as evidenced by a college diploma. Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan. Open to those with pending state licensure or those sitting for the state board exam within the next six months.
