Advanced practical knowledge of physical therapy skills, evidence-based practice, data collection and reporting as part of the H2F team. Provide recommendations for injury screening and prevention. Research, analyze, and report on injury control and program effectiveness. Participate on the Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) Integration Team to establish policies and procedures for H2F injury control teams. Requirements Conditions of employment A probationary period maybe required. Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. The employee may be required to work overtime and/or other than normal duty hours for data collection, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. This position requires the completion of a pre-employment Physical Examination and an annual examination thereafter to ensure the continued, required level of physical health and ability or fitness to perform the duties of the position. You may be expected to travel up to 25% of the time for this position. This position is subject to screening and update of required immunizations unless exempted for medical or administrative reasons in accordance with Army Regulation 40-562, Chapters 3 and 4. This position has a mandatory seasonal influenza vaccination requirement. Candidates will be required to sign a statement consenting to annual seasonal influenza vaccination unless exempted for medical or religious reasons. This position requires that the incumbent be able to fulfill credentialing requirements and obtain and maintain appropriate/relevant clinical privileges. This position requires Basic Life Support training certification from, or in accordance with, the American Heart Association and American Red Cross. Degree :

A graduate (or higher level) degree that included a physical therapy curriculum approved by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or a professional accrediting organization recognized by the U.S. Department of Education at the time the degree was obtained, and completion of the clinical requirements prescribed by the school. Licensure :

Applicants must possess a current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a Physical Therapist from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States; and must have passed the National Physical Therapy Examination administered by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT).
