Position Summary:

Responsible for evaluating/assessing the needs of referred patients and formulating treatment plans.

Our therapists work across a wide range of patient populations and acuity levels, including the Emergency Department, ICU, general surgery, orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics, NICU, and anti and postpartum care. Responsibilities:

Provides therapy services defined in treatment plans Work cooperatively with medical staff, case managers, social work and adjusters May supervise physical therapy assistants and aides Performs a variety of tasks A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required Typically reports to a manager Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Performs other related duties as assigned Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function Competent to meet age specific needs of the unit assigned

Requirements and Minimum Requirements:

Graduate of a nationally accredited school of physical therapy required Current Idaho Physical Therapy License required Working Conditions • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs Must be able to maintain a standing and/or sitting position Typical equipment used in a clinical job
