Conduct in-home physical therapy assessments and evaluations Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support client goals Provide expert recommendations to enhance mobility and independence Serve a diverse population with complex needs

Requirements:

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas Experience with pediatric and/or adult disability populations preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Reliable transportation for travel within the Duncanville area
