This is where you stop just "getting through the schedule" and start building true clinical mastery. What Your Day Actually Looks Like Strict 40-minute 1:1 sessions: Every patient, every time.

Zero double-booking and no aides:

You control the room from start to finish. 11 to 12 patients per day: A volume that leaves you with energy at the end of it. Prompt EMR with real-time AI scribing: When your last patient walks out, your documentation is done. A dynamic, varied caseload: Primarily orthopedic and sports medicine, balanced with neuro, vestibular, and concussion cases. A Schedule That Protects Your Time No weekends, ever: Your Saturdays and Sundays belong entirely to you.

Early Friday release:

We close at 3:40 PM every week so the entire team can get a head start on the weekend.

Balanced team scheduling:

The clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:40 PM, and Fridays from 7:00 AM to 3:40 PM. Each team member covers a predictable mix of two early days (7:00 AM - 3:40 PM) and two late days (9:00 AM - 5:40 PM) each week. Months:

Weekly skill labs: Dedicated manual and clinical skill labs to refine your hands-on techniques.

One-on-one case discussions:

Regular time with experienced clinicians to break down complex patient files.

Co-treatment opportunities:

Real-time, side-by-side learning right on the clinic floor.

A deliberate ramp-up period:

We grow your caseload gradually as your clinical confidence solidifies. By week 12, you will be fully equipped to comfortably manage a full schedule. Months 4 - 12: Monthly check-ins: Regular 1:1 meetings with your mentor to continue skill development and navigate tricky cases. After Year 1: Choose your path: The trajectory is yours to shape, whether that means advanced certifications, OCS/SCS pathways, developing into a clinical instructor, or taking your career in a brand-new direction.

Compensation and Total Package:

Base salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.

Student loan assistance:

Up to $5,000 paid directly toward your loans annually.

Continuing education:

$2,500 annually to pursue the certifications and courses that align with your specific interests and passions.

APTA dues covered:

Fully paid membership.
