We are a patient-centered orthopedic physical therapy clinic focused on helping individuals restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, personalized care in a supportive and team-oriented environment.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and driven Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. This position is open to entry-level candidates and new graduates who are eager to grow, learn, and build their clinical skills in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and functional conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention Collaborate with team members to ensure quality patient care
Qualifications:
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of California New graduates are encouraged to apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
