Included in the structured mentorship is clinical coaching on the Neubie Machine, Heart Rate Variability, and McKenzie Method training for Lumbar and Cervical Spine. We understand that new graduates are faced with financial challenges and the need to have a work/life balance. We provide a competitive base salary, $6000-8000 Productivity bonus program, and opportunity for growth. Student Loan Assistance of $3000.00 available annually. Our clinics are unique in that our therapists never take notes home for documentation like other franchise PT clinics.
