Physical Therapist (PT) - School-Based Position We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist for a school-based assignment. This is a unique opportunity to work within a special education setting, supporting students and collaborating with educators and families to deliver impactful therapy services.

Upcoming School Year Responsibilities:

Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapy services to students Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports Provide recommendations for student care and development

Requirements:

Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (required) Active Physical Therapist License (Wyoming or ability to obtain) Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills
