Job Description

Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract Shape young lives as a Physical Therapist, working with early intervention students in preschools around Aston, Broomall, and nearby communities. This contract role will allow you to positively impact children during their foundational years—providing support in a collaborative, caring environment. You'll support diverse caseloads, traveling between schools and centers in the area to deliver high-quality physical therapy services. With a schedule focused on morning hours, 3-4 days each week, you can balance your professional commitment with personal priorities.
Desired Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Pennsylvania Experience in school-based or pediatric therapy settings Expertise working with early childhood populations or early intervention Proficiency in developing, implementing, and documenting IEPs and therapy goals Comfortable with travel between sites within the county Strong collaboration skills with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy screenings, assessments, and interventions for preschool-aged children Develop individualized therapy plans rooted in best practices and IEP requirements Collaborate with educators and caregivers to facilitate students' participation and success in the preschool environment Document services delivered and progress, in line with district and state guidelines Attend team meetings and contribute clinical input for student success Enjoy a rewarding role helping children access learning and life skills, all while having mornings-only hours and the unique opportunity to work with a variety of educational partners.
