Job Description

Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a dedicated Physical Therapist supporting students across multiple campuses in a dynamic educational setting. This full-time role, running from August 3, 2026, through May 28, 2027, is perfect for passionate professionals eager to make a direct impact in the lives of children and adolescents. There is some flexibility in scheduling, and candidates open to slightly fewer hours may still be considered. Your expertise as a Physical Therapist will be instrumental in developing and implementing interventions that empower students to access their education safely and successfully. You will also provide critical supervision and guidance to a Physical Therapist Assistant, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid, active Physical Therapist license Experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy preferred Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations for school PT services Previous supervision of PTAs beneficial Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students Deliver direct therapy services and consult with staff to support student progress Supervise and mentor a Physical Therapist Assistant Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings Engage with multidisciplinary teams across multiple campuses to promote best outcomes In this role, you'll enjoy the chance to work with a variety of students and educators in a supportive environment that values your professional skills.
