Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and craft individualized therapy plans aligned with patient goals and physician guidance. Supervise and direct therapy services for assigned patients while promoting a functional return to community activities. Document patient progress, assessments, and goals in compliance with medical, state, and federal requirements. Uphold clinic standards for appearance, attendance, and punctuality. Foster a safe environment using established safety protocols and proactive risk management. Participate in professional development initiatives and provide mentorship to students as assigned. Qualifications:

Valid Physical Therapy licensure (or eligibility) in Florida. Previous hospital or outpatient therapy experience preferred. Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and organizational skills. Adherence to ethical and professional standards.
