Qualifications & Experience:

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts Experience working within school settings or with pediatric populations preferred Understanding of IEP processes and legal requirements for school-based therapy Additional Massachusetts educational certifications may be required Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team Committed to supporting student mobility, motor development, and participation in educational activities

Responsibilities:

Provide direct physical therapy services to students, delivering both individual and group interventions Evaluate and assess students' motor abilities and develop individualized therapy plans to support educational goals Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress reports Maintain accurate treatment records and communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families Offer staff consultation and training as needed to integrate therapy goals into daily classroom routines Remain compliant with all state and district policies and procedures Enjoy the ability to focus on meaningful, impactful work with a set, predictable schedule—one day per week throughout the academic year.
