Greater Columbus Area | Full-Time Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Center is seeking a passionate, experienced, and motivated Licensed Physical Therapist to lead as a Clinic Director at our outpatient rehabilitation center in Worthington, OH. Key Responsibilities:

Lead clinical operations and set the standard for outstanding patient care. Evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy treatment programs for a diverse caseload. Support and mentor clinical staff while fostering a culture of collaboration and learning. Monitor and improve clinical performance metrics, patient outcomes, and satisfaction. Maintain compliance with clinic policies, payer regulations, and documentation requirements. Drive innovation and quality initiatives within the clinic.

Minimum Qualifications:

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current, active license (or eligible) to practice in Ohio as a Physical Therapist. At least 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics (prior leadership experience strongly preferred).
