Job Description

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you'll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. and we'll connect you with a recruiter who'll reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA. Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required prior to the start of the assignment. Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care setting preferred. Demonstrated competency with restorative nursing programs, transfers and gait training, and therapeutic exercise. Ability to document in electronic medical records. Experience with common SNF EMR systems preferred. Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant in post-acute care preferred.
