Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Arizona Physical Therapy license required prior to the assignment start. BLS certification from AHA or ARC required. Experience in outpatient and inpatient hospital settings preferred. Experience with ReDoc and MedHost electronic medical records preferred. Ability to manage a typical caseload of approximately 9-11 patients per day. Willingness to work weekend shifts as required by the facility.

0800-1700 Monday-Thursday and 0800-1300 Friday. Weekend shifts required. Outpatient role with occasional inpatient coverage as needed.
