Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience with common SNF documentation systems and skilled therapy documentation preferred. Ability to provide therapeutic interventions for geriatric patients including mobility training, fall prevention, and restorative programs preferred.
