Position Highlights Day Shift:

7:00 AM

• 3:30 PM Monday-Friday schedule No weekends required 40 hours/week guaranteed 13-week contract assignment Leadership-focused nursing role Potential contract extension opportunities RN Unit Manager Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned unit Coordinate resident admissions and discharges Lead interdisciplinary care planning activities Monitor resident conditions and nursing interventions Ensure compliance with LTC/SNF documentation standards Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and families Assist with staffing coordination and workflow management Support survey readiness and regulatory compliance Maintain quality patient care and safety standards Requirements Active RN license in New Hampshire or Compact State eligibility Previous experience as: RN Unit Manager Charge Nurse RN Supervisor Nurse Manager Strong background in: Long-Term Care (LTC) Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Rehabilitation Nursing Post-Acute Care Leadership and team coordination experience preferred Preferred Experience LTC leadership experience Skilled nursing supervisory experience Rehab nursing management EMR/documentation proficiency Staff scheduling and care coordination Survey preparedness knowledge Why Nurses Apply Monday-Friday leadership schedule No rotating shifts or nights Competitive RN management pay Stable 40-hour guarantee Build LTC leadership experience Supportive rehab and skilled nursing environment BI01
