Job Description

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you'll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. and we'll connect you with a recruiter who'll reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA. Active IN Physical Therapy license or compact privilege as required to start the assignment. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient physical therapy experience required. Client preference for prior outpatient caseload managing orthopedic and post-operative patients. Required competency in evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, goal writing, documentation, and charge entry per clinic policy and payer guidelines. Must be able to supervise and delegate therapy assistant tasks and provide appropriate student supervision when assigned. Ability to perform safe patient handling and materials handling consistent with clinic safety programs. No new graduates. Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in outpatient or equivalent setting preferred. 13 Week assignment.
Shift Pattern:
5x8 schedule.
Patient Population:
Outpatient orthopedic and post‑operative caseload.
Floating:
Candidate may be required to float to other clinic locations as needed.
