Rapha Physical Therapy is a growing rehabilitation company and we're looking for dynamic and creative Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants to join our teams in our San Bernardino and Montclair clinics. We work with infants, children, teenagers, and adults in a clinic setting, and we're looking for therapists who want to change the lives of the patients they serve. Current Openings Montclair Clinic - Seeking a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant for mid-afternoon and late-afternoon/evening hours, primarily treating teenage and adult orthopedic patients with occasional pediatric patients. San Bernardino Clinic - Seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant with flexible daytime hours, serving infants, children, and adolescents.

Financial Coaching The Successful Applicant Will:

Provide services and individualized treatment plans to our patients with a variety of needs Implement appropriate therapy activities and maintain treatment supplies Monitor treatment plans, keep data, and collaborate with families and team members Use effective behavior management strategies and techniques Be licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of California Have a passion for working with pediatric and/or orthopedic populations depending on the clinic role No prior pediatric experience is necessary — mentoring is available.
