NORTHERN

San Antonio area.. The Home Health PT works with patients in their home to increase function and mobility within their own surroundings. Increase strength and assist with adaptive needs. Work collaboratively with Nursing and Rehab team, ie, RN, LVN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, MSW, HHA to benefit patient and their healing process.

REQUIREMENTS

Requires a valid TX PT license. We prefer 6 months + of paid experience, but will consider new grads. Must have valid drivers license & auto insurance. Must clear background and OIG screening.
