In this role, you will support physical therapists in providing high-quality care to patients in outpatient settings. Your contributions will be vital in helping patients regain mobility and improve their overall physical health. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of anatomy and physiology, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient service. Responsibilities Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients. Prepare treatment areas, ensuring they are clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Help patients with exercises and mobility tasks, ensuring their safety and comfort. Maintain accurate records of patient progress and report any changes to the supervising therapist. Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and rehabilitation activities. Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient files. Foster a positive environment that encourages patient engagement and recovery. Experience Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or acute care setting is preferred but not required. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology is essential for understanding patient needs. Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent patient service and support. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while maintaining a professional demeanor. A passion for helping others and contributing positively to their rehabilitation journey.
