Job Description

Uintah Basin Rehabilitation and Senior Villa in Roosevelt, UT is hiring a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our growing team! Part Time The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients recover from injuries and illnesses and will be able to work collaboratively with the Physical Therapist and the rest of our team of healthcare professionals.
Full-time are eligible for:
401K Medical, Dental & Vision FSA & Dependent Care FSA Life Insurance AD&D, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability Critical Illness, Accident, Hospital Indemnity Legal Benefits, Identity Theft Protection Pet Insurance and Auto/Home Insurance. Part-time are eligible for all of the above except Medical. On Call are not eligible for any of the above except 401k •Placement within the wage range for this position is determined by years of experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions.•Responsibilities Assist physical therapists in developing treatment plans for patients Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Teach patients exercises and techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals as needed Maintain a clean and organized treatment area Qualifications Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assisting Current state license as a Physical Therapy Assistant Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to lift and move patients as needed If you are a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant looking for a rewarding career, we encourage you to apply for this position.
