Your Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Oversee the daily operations of the physical, occupational, and speech therapy departments.

Clinical Oversight:

Ensure all therapy services meet state, federal, and facility standards.

Staff Management:

Direct therapist scheduling, conduct performance reviews, and foster a collaborative team culture.

Patient Advocacy:

Coordinate with nursing and MDS departments to optimize resident care plans and outcomes.

Compliance:

Manage documentation audits and ensure accurate billing practices.

Qualifications:

Current, valid Illinois Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license. Prior experience in a leadership or management role within a SNF/long-term care setting. Strong organizational skills and the ability to mentor a multidisciplinary team.
