  • What Your Day Will Look Like Your day is designed around patient-first, relationship-driven care—not volume for volume's sake.
Delivers patient care according to standards, physician orders, and care plan Assists in patient assessment and tracks progress within scope of practice Collaborates with evaluating therapists to support treatment goals and outcomes Provides education to patients, families, and caregivers according to the established plan of care. Supports discharge planning and goal reassessment with therapist Communicates effectively with care team to optimize patient outcomes Applies appropriate clinical techniques, modalities, and equipment Travels to local clinics as needed
