Physical Therapy Assistant, Homecare

JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide physical therapy services to clients in their home, under the direction of a physical therapist.

Work Schedule:

1.0 FTE; M-F 8-4:30pm This position will be covering our Wisconsin side, which is the western part of St. Croix County- northern part of River Falls, Hudson, Hammond, Baldwin, New Richmond, Somerset, Deer Park, Houlton, etc.; paid time to drive and paid mileage.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of accredited physical therapy assistant program Continuing education as required by state licensing boards Must have MN or WI Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license upon start date. Must provide proof of MN and WI Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license within 3 months of start, if both MN and WI Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) licenses are not present on start date Must have a vehicle with auto insurance and a valid driver's license and meet all criteria required under Lakeview's Automobile Liability Guidelines Current BLS - American Heart Association or BLS - American Red Cross (CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer & Health Care Provider) Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
