Job Summary Max Staffing LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician to support a healthcare team focused on providing high-quality, patient-centered care. This opportunity is ideal for a physician who is confident in clinical decision-making, values collaborative care, and enjoys working directly with patients in an outpatient or community-based setting. The Physician will evaluate, diagnose, treat, and educate patients while collaborating with clinical and administrative team members to support strong health outcomes and continuity of care. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and follow-up visits Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Develop, manage, and update treatment plans based on patient needs Order, review, and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing Prescribe medications within scope of practice and applicable regulations Provide preventive care, patient education, and health counseling Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the electronic health record Collaborate with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, medical assistants, and support staff Participate in care coordination and quality improvement efforts as needed Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements Requirements Active Physician license required MD or DO degree required Valid DEA license required Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, primary care, urgent care, outpatient care, or community health preferred Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills Ability to manage a patient schedule independently while collaborating with a care team Electronic health record experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required Reliable attendance and professional demeanor required Benefits May Include Flexible schedule Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Referral program Professional development opportunities Malpractice coverage depending on assignment

Experience Physician:
