Full-time Description:
Advanced Women's Care is a physician-owned, multispecialty women's health group serving communities across the Phoenix Valley. We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our collaborative team. With multiple clinic locations across the Valley, this role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, team-based environment providing comprehensive OB/GYN care. About the Role This is a clinic-based position (Monday-Friday) focused on caring for both OB and GYN patients. The provider may rotate between nearby clinic locations based on practice needs. You will work closely with physicians, midwives, and support staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across the women's health continuum.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities Perform patient exams, screenings, and comprehensive health assessments Diagnose and manage OB/GYN conditions and treatment plans Provide prenatal and postnatal care, family planning, and preventive services Prescribe medications and therapies; order and interpret diagnostic testing Educate and counsel patients on treatment options and overall wellness Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate care Maintain accurate and timely documentation
What We're Looking For Required:
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program National certification NCCPA Active or eligible Arizona licensure DEA license (or ability to obtain) Current BLS certification
Preferred:
2+ year of experience in women's health, OB/GYN, or related field Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Why Join Advanced Women's Care?
