Physician Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our wellness and longevity clinic on a per diem basis . The PA will specialize in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) , including evaluation, treatment planning, and ongoing management of patients seeking optimization of hormonal balance, energy, metabolism, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and review medical histories for HRT eligibility. Order and interpret lab testing related to hormone levels and overall wellness panels. Develop and manage individualized hormone replacement therapy plans (BHRT/TRT). Prescribe and monitor treatments including testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, thyroid, and related therapies as appropriate. Adjust treatment protocols based on patient response and lab results. Educate patients on benefits, risks, and expectations of hormone therapy. Monitor patient progress and ensure safe, evidence-based outcomes. Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation. Collaborate with medical director and clinical team to ensure protocol adherence. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding controlled substances and hormone prescribing.

Qualifications:

Active Physician Assistant (PA-C) license in Florida. Experience in hormone replacement therapy (HRT/TRT/BHRT), functional medicine, or longevity medicine preferred . Strong understanding of endocrine system, lab interpretation, and metabolic health. Excellent patient communication and counseling skills. Ability to work independently in a clinical/wellness setting. Commitment to patient safety, ethics, and compliance.
